Refund & Cancellation

 

Due to nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchange for bakery items.

However, we will provide full refund under following scenarios:

1.       Any items that are out of stock at the time of ordering will be refunded.

2.       If you received an incorrect items or damaged items.

3.       If we fail to deliver your cake on the date and time stated on your contract. If we deliver the items 3 hours late, or less we will NOT provide a refund.

4.       If you cancel your order before 48hours.
